Red Cup is a close-knit team of podcast producing professionals led by me, Lee Schneider. We’ve made podcasts about leadership development, health and wellness, education, and science/tech. In fact, starting “from scratch,” at the very glimmer of an idea, is our speciality. We’re always developing new podcasts. Our newest topics include climate education, electrification, and decarbonization.

We produce podcasts for enterprise level companies, medium-sized companies and podcasts for NGOs and social change organizations. Our work is informative, fun, story-driven, and gets listed on Apple’s New and Notable.

That’s the idea behind Red Cup. It’s the reason I come to work in the morning. I’ve had a long, kind of crazy career in media. I stick around because it’s fulfilling to make media and I love working with you, my clients. The collaborative process feeds everyone. I’m the founder of Red Cup Agency and creative director of a network to support science fiction called FutureX.

I write, produce, direct, and edit podcasts.

I started as a freelance writer on Good Morning America, have written screenplays for movies and television, was a producer for Dateline NBC, and have been an executive producer, writer, producer, editor and director on shows and series for A&E Biography, the History Channel, Discovery, TLC, CourtTV, Bravo, and the Travel Channel.

The best part of this work is listening to your ideas and collaborating with you to shape them into a podcast that your audience will love. I work with a dedicated team of producers, writers, and editors and draw on decades of experience in media. Since I’ve been producing podcasts for a while, I’ve evolved a signature method. My method makes podcasting fun and speeds your production process.
